A romantic coastal getaway
clean room super clean bedding effective air conditioning
This trip, a gift from my wife, was amazing. The room was immaculate upon our arrival, and the bedding felt so fresh. I found the air conditioning effective. The fluffy towels in the bathroom were a pleasure.
The restaurant was a bit disorganized one evening. I saw some delays in service. A few items we ordered were initially forgotten. They arrived only after we followed up multiple times.

Our room offered a fine sea view and included a nespresso machine. The king-size bed guaranteed restful nights, and the blackout curtains ensured mornings were peaceful. I did appreciate the ample closet space.
Facilities

The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym with three treadmills. A selection of free weights are available. I noticed the outdoor pool had about twenty loungers. There was also a shaded area for relaxation.
Service

The reception team provided useful information on local attractions and transportation (they even helped with directions!). I found the staff to be generally polite and responsive to our needs. I was particularly grateful for the quick resolution of a small issue we had.

fantastic anniversary celebration!
hospitable staff gin tonics beautiful spa
this was our third anniversary celebration, and it was wonderful (we love making it a tradition!). the complimentary gin and tonics were a great touch upon arrival. we especially liked the high standard of the food at both lunch and dinner. katie gave us amazing spa treatments in a beautiful setting.
The restaurant service felt a bit rushed. I think the staff could benefit from some additional training to enhance the dining experience.

the hotel offers fine views of the bay, a visual treat . its proximity to the beach provides easy access for seaside activities. overbeck's garden is also nearby, perfect for exploring local attractions.

our room overlooked the sea and had a huge, comfortable bed (it.). it included great toiletries and a super seating area to relax in. the room was decorated to a high specification.

the staff were attentive and worked hard to ensure a good experience, always ready to help. the shuttle bus service into town was a very convenient amenity. porter paul was especially friendly and cute upon our arrival.

the restaurant provided an excellent stock of drinks, including non-alcoholic options. breakfast offered a wide selection and was fabulous. the menu at lunch and dinner was of high quality with food cooked beautifully.

the location is directly on the beach and near gardens. my room offered a sea view , and the hotel features a large indoor pool and spa. breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The location is excellent and right on the beach!!! the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. private parking was available. I found this to be a bonus.
